Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. We currently only ship to the UK. Orders will not be shipped on bank holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Damages
We will ensure your item is wrapped and packaged to ensure a safe delivery. If for any unfortunate reason any items arrive damaged please use the contact page here.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. 
To keep postage cost and waste to a minimum recycled packaging may be used.
